ICAR-CIBA for the first time in the country distributed about 1200 Soil and water Health Cards (SWHCs) in the fisheries sector to brackishwater aquaculture farmers since 2015 The institute in PPP mode by collaborating with Fisheries Colleges and Private Aqua Laboratories in coastal districts is issuing the SWHCs.
