ICAR-Central Institute of Brackishwater Aquaculture (ICAR-CIBA), Chennai observed the Constitution Day today (26.11.209). During this occasion the Director, Scientists, Officers, Staff and research scholars took the pledge by reading out the Preamble of the constitution of India.
