Rashtriya Ekta Diwas was celebrated by the Employee of ICAR-CIBA, CHENNAI on 31 October 2025 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, popularly known as the Iron Man of India. The special assembly was conducted to re-affirm the inherent strength and resilience of our nation. The Rashtriya Ekta Diwas Pledge was taken by the Scientists, employee and others to withstand the greatest threat to the unity, integrity and security of our nation.
As an endeavour to solidify the bond of oneness and unification, a throng of activities were organized to support the cause of promoting unity and celebrating “National Unity Day”. The scholars made the Posters to spread the message of preserving the unity, integrity and security of the nation.
Dr. M. KAILASAM, INCHARGE DIRECTOR has stressed upon the role of Sardar Patel in the freedom struggle to establish a harmonious society. The pledge was administered by Dr. M KAILASAM, Acting Director, ICAR-CIBA. Employee from regional centre also joined in online mode in pledge ceremony.
